We represent consumers and small businesses in class action lawsuits.  A class action allows many small claims to be combined and resolved in one lawsuit.  A representative or lead plaintiff appointed by the court will prosecute the action on behalf a defined group that has been harmed by the defendant’s conduct.

Telemarketing violations: State and federal law provides strict limitations on the activities of telemarketers and the senders of junk faxes.  “Do-not-call” laws and the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA) provide that when telemarketers violate these laws consumers can recover damages.  We can help consumers recover damages and stop the telemarketer’s illegal behavior.
Credit and collection violations: Companies that provide credit, collection agencies, and consumer reporting agencies (credit bureaus) can have a profound impact on a family’s assets and livelihood.  When they violate the laws, consumers often feel helpless.  We can help consumers use the law to fight back.
