Will I need to go to court?
For most basic traffic violations, no. We contact the prosecutor and court, and if necessary appear on your behalf. In the unlikely event your traffic ticket requires your appearance in court, we will let you know in a timely manner and be there with you in court.

How much do you charge?
Our fee for most basic traffic tickets is a flat fee of $100. Depending on the nature of the violation and the court where your ticket is pending, our fee could be more. Our basic fee is for entering our appearance on your behalf and negotiating a resolution with the prosecutor. In the rare event additional services, such as a trial or appeal, are required there may be an additional fee but we will always make sure you know the amount and approve of any fees for additional services.
What will I need to do?
The first step is to submit your ticket information through our convenient online form. We will then confirm with you fees, and any anticipated court costs and fines. After your approval, we will start negotiating with the prosecutor to reach a satisfactory resolution. We will keep you updated on the status of your case and once we have reached an agreement, we will contact you to secure any documents needed to finalize your case.
How does the Missouri point system work?
If you accumulate a total of 4 points in 12 months, the Department of Revenue will send you a point accumulation advisory letter.
If you accumulate a total of 8 or more points in 18 months, the Department of Revenue will suspend your driving privilege.
- 1st suspension - 30 days
- 2nd suspension - 60 days
- 3rd or more suspensions - 90 days
The Department of Revenue will revoke your driving privilege for one year if you accumulate:
- 12 or more points in 12 months
- 18 or more points in 24 months
- 24 or more points in 36 months
When your driving privilege is reinstated following a Point Suspension or Revocation, the Department of Revenue reduces your total points to 4.
Every year you drive without getting new points on your record, the points will be reduced.
- 1 year — total remaining points reduced by one-third
- 2 years — remaining points reduced by one-half
- 3 years — points reduced to zero

What is the total I have to pay?
In addition to our attorney fee, to resolve your traffic ticket there is usually a charge from the court for court costs or a fine. These amounts may be more or less than the standard fine for the offense. For most violations and jurisdictions, we can estimate the court costs or fines you will need to pay and when you will need to pay them.
How long will it take to resolve my traffic ticket?
That varies from court to court and depends on the type of traffic ticket you received. In general, moving violations can take up to 3-6 weeks, but some ticket types in certain courts can be resolved in a few days. We'll let you know the average time your type of traffic ticket takes to resolve.
