Our young client was attending an awards banquet held at a hotel resort. A hotel shuttle bus provided service from the banquet facility to resort cabins. The hotel filled the shuttle bus beyond capcity, forcing our client to stand for the trip to her cabin for the evening. The hotel shuttle bus veered off the road, traveled down an embanqment and crashed into a tree. Other passengers fell on our client's knee and leg, resulting in serious injuries.
