We have filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of a Missouri consumer who ordered a set of Pimsleur foreign language CDs from an Internet website. Instead of sending just the CDs the consumer purchased for $9.95, the Defendants enrolled the consumer in a negative-option purchase program, shipping and billing the consumer for 16 other CDs he did not order.
